Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware or other items (collectively “items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate’s national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. What your background should look like:

  • Undergraduate Degree in related field or High School Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience should include working knowledge of material requirements planning, scheduling, production control planning, and/or project management
  • Demonstrated capability to identify and resolve planning or manufacturing issues, determine causal factors, and define corrective and preventative actions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize daily actions
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • General analytical capabilities including working knowledge of pivot tables and Excel functions
  • Demonstrated ability to present clear, concise, and accurate data in visual and verbal form
  • Ability to quickly grasp intimate knowledge of key business processes, functional handovers, and the relevant transactions of the MRP system

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software
  • Experience in a manufacturing, direct production environment
  • Experience working directly with customers

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $ $52,100 –$78,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
