Job Overview

Activities which lead to generation of high-quality, reliable, and statistically sound data from clinical trials. This helps to produce a drastic reduction in time from drug development to marketing. Clinical data management (CDM) is the process of collecting and managing research data in accordance with regulatory standards to obtain quality information that is complete and error-free.

Short Description


  • Maintain electronic databases by entering data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Performs routine updates and runs prewritten scripts
  • Verify data entered matches source documents
  • Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures and or returning incomplete documents to responsible team members for resolution
  • Assist with organizing data reviews and issue management from internal, cross-functional and central monitoring reviews
  • May serve as a resource for and interact with other functional areas to resolve site issues and facilitate trial timelines
  • May be assigned additional Clinical Operations tasks
  • Help create a fun, rewarding, and collaborative environment

What your background should look like:


0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO environment
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or Business preferred

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and data evaluation skills
  • Proven ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
  • Flexible in adapting to change, with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality work
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally while maintaining a professional and caring demeanor
  • Must be a team-player, who is dependable, punctual and responsible
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Proficient in Excel; Minimal exposure to R
  • Basic understanding of EDC products
  • Travel can range from 0 to 10%

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $43700 – 65600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
