Job Overview

The TE Connectivity Energy Business Unit is currently seeking for an Sr. Administrative Business Partner. In this role, you will be the onsite partner with the Americas Leadership Team to help them scale themselves across the broader organization, often acting as their proxy. Act as a key partner with facilities to create an engaging experience onsite. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in developing and implementing effective corporate communication strategies and communication of processes, strategies, or messages from senior leadership
  • Support your leaders in maintaining relationships with key people to ensure progression in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaboration
  • Support the AMS Leadership Team with selective project work and in managing meeting cadences
  • Assists with implementing sales and marketing initiatives by providing support with planning and coordinating promotional programs and other initiatives
  • Serve as a project lead for select projects
  • Provide executive administrative support

This will be an Onsite role, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5+ years in an administrative capacity; large corporation executive assistant experience preferred

  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills

  • High level of confidence, integrity, and motivation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers, and internal personnel

  • Advanced PowerPoint development skills

  • Must be proficient in Office 365

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $57,000 – $85,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
