Job Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern on our Manufacturing Engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Design and Develop manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
- Solve problems using root cause analysis, lean and six sigma tools.
- Evaluate and investigate chemical, electrical, mechanical and software failures on manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities
- Responsible for tooling design and prototyping
- Root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Draft, Execute, and Complete Equipment and Process Validation
What your background should look like:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
- A person who can utilize structured problem-solving techniques.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18 – 27/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
