Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst on our Aerospace Defense team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support Pull Replenishment Implementation
  • Learn and apply the tools that support flow
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop visualization methods
  • Learn how to analyze large datasets and apply strategies bases on analysis
  • Be a part of developing the Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain & Operations

Responsibilities

  • Implementing Pull Replenishment Strategies
  • Generation of improvement ideas
  • Documenting policies & procedures
  • Have the patience, perseverance, and passion to drive the continuous improvement culture across the plant

What your background should look like:

What your background should look like:

  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
  • Enrolled in an Bachelor’s degree program
  • Majoring in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship

Work Location:
This position is in the Harrisburg / Lancaster Pennsylvania area and will be onsite
- This position will work with the global supply chain team but also will support local plant transformation

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $15-35 (subject to change dependent on physical location/major and year completed)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
