Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Analysts are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to drive positive business outcomes
  • Plan production for assigned product lines maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while balancing inventory investment
  • Monitor 12-18 month forecast for assigned product lines and works with plant cross functional teams to ramp capacity up or down accordingly.
  • Train junior planners in SAP and planning concepts
  • Address data warehouse issues and improvements to provide all Sensors plants with comprehensive performance information
  • Identify and drive end to end productivity initiatives around delivery and cost
  • Expert use of SAP and internal data to generate reports that detail efficiencies as well as areas of opportunity
  • Proactively provide updates and escalate when appropriate
    • Outstanding Presentation skills and the ability to train large audiences on MRP concepts in SAP.
  • Approach daily activities with a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of Logistics experience
  • Strong analytical abilities, and high profi ciency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Extensive knowledge of software like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Good understanding of SAP or a similar ERP system
  • Exceptional listening & communications (written & verbal) skills required

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $74,100 – $111,100 year (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
