Job Overview
As a Engineering Lab Tech (High Voltage)- Intern on our Energy engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn about the global Energy industry, designs of products for Energy industry, industry standards.
- Gain exposure to the various testing standards, procedures and test equipment.
- Work with a fast-paced, dynamic High Voltage Lab team.
Responsibilities
- Perform test sample preparation, participate in HV tests, and analyze test data.
- Create AutoCad schematic drawings of the tests.
- Support technicians and engineers with HV tests.
- Summarize and present internship accomplishments and learnings.

- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, with an Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of General Physics, Electrical Circuits, Engineering programming.
Work Location:
This position is in our Fuquay-Varina, NC office (near Raleigh, NC).

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00-$29.00 per hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
