Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

This role will partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, and marketing operations globally, to help the planning and execution of our go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Campaigns: work with the global teams to plan and execute campaigns including content creation, email marketing, social media marketing.
  • Maintain and update content of TE.com D&D related, Share Point and Mediafly.
  • Support internal Communication channel on myTE
  • Communications: point of contact to drive all regional messaging both internally and externally
  • Work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to execute the business priorities through our distribution partners

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced education and/or coursework a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with marketing tools, including advertising, PR, digital marketing, social media, events and content development.
  • Strong Powerpoint skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English required
  • Strong interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $14.00 – $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
