Job Overview

into brain arteries and powering robotic surgery. You will have an exciting opportunity to be the lead technical resource for global manufacturing operations of FEP and other heat shrink tubing processing.
Responsibilities
- Follow instruction lay forth by engineers, offer feedback on process and any potential for improvements.
- Collaborate with local manufacture team and support staff on machine operation, machine improvements and action priorities.
- Partner with development team on making manufacturability of extrusion process instructions.
- Provide technical guidance for operations personnel as needed
- Ensure manufactured materials meet all applicable internal and external Specifications (Material Properties, Biocompatibility, RoHS, etc.)
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the devices TE manufactures. Identify best practices and share globally.
Shift hours: 10 hours to 12 hours working shift from 3:30 pm to 3:30 am - Working Days and Hours are flexible.
What your background should look like:
- You have knowledge pertaining to Extrusion of Polymers
- You have knowledge pertaining to Extrusion Tooling Selection
- You have a Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Extrusion operator.
- Any medical device manufacturing experience you have would be valued, but it is not required.
- Minimum High School /GED degree required

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $35,300 – $52,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
