Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Position summary
Primarily responsible for performing accounting and tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable, billing, cash receipts and credit. This position will also be helping in the different areas from the department.

Position responsibilities:

  • Maintain billing system.
  • Invoice customers following shipment.
  • Resolve discrepancies with customer PO’s to ensure timely payment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal sales, shipping and customer service to resolve problems and issues.
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative, accounting, and clerical duties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provides back up to as requested to entire team.
  • Maintain and manage customer requested documents.

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable/credit.
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and controls.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and have problem solving skills.
  • Experience in MRP/ERP systems desired Ability to work accurately with numbers.and details.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $34800-52100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
