Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming raw materials and prepare components for shipment. They also prepare raw materials for the production floor by cutting or weighing the material to issue to the factory orders on the shop floor. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Support individual for first shift at our manufacturing site in Manheim PA.
Basic job duties:
- Pick and pack deliveries for shipment to customers
- Safely operate a bandsaw to cut raw materials to size
- SAP transactions (material issuance)
- Process deliveries for multiple carriers using UPS and FedEx systems
- Safely operate order picker and other warehouse equipment
- Other duties as assigned.
What your background should look like:
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of similar experience
- Computer skills – knowledge of computer systems used to process deliveries (SAP experience is preferred)
- Lifting ability – able to lift 35 lbs.
- Detail oriented – quickly and accurately distinguishes part numbers, batch numbers and quantities
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work in a team environment

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33900-50900(subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
