Job Overview
Responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to quality policies and procedures for operations and products.

Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in driving quality improvements from proactively measuring quality processes
- Ability to motivate and develop their team and work effectively with peers to achieve objectives
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product
- Developing quality control processes
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
- Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards
- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues
- Improving production efficiency and managing waste
- Customer returns and communication
- Plans and conducts document, internal audits
- Evaluates corrective and preventative action responses to audit findings for adequacy and timeliness and manages the closeout of all corrective and preventative actions
- Administration of policies and procedures, quality records, and external certifications
- Coordinating and hosting all customer, regulatory and registrar audits on behalf of the site and assume responsibility for ensuring corrective actions meet customer and company expectations
Skills, Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year university in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership position
- Experienced in Quality Audits- IATF, ISO
- Transformative leadership skills
- Initiative to drive change
- Proven track record with working with customers
- Expertise with fundamental quality programs- 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, Document Control
- MEMS experience a plus
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $133,300 – $200,000/year (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
