We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst I to join our TEIS Organization located in Tullahoma, TN. This position provides second-level technical and operational services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and multi-function devices, on-site or remotely as required. Provide basic and mid-level network troubleshooting and aid for the Cisco IP based telephone system. Provide local server support for all production manufacturing systems and serve as a liaison between the local site and other TEIS support teams.
Primary tasks include:
- Analyze and resolve customer hardware, software (standard or custom), or network problems or requests reported via ServiceNow tickets.
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers/network/configuration
- Knowledge in Active Directory
- Build, configure, install PCs using TE’s standard “Image” process.
- Provide On-call after-hours and weekend assistance for the local site as well as inclusion in the on-call rotation for the Mid&South team.
- Troubleshoot client application issues, i.e., SCCM, Crowdstrike, Office 365, and VPN.
- Recommend modifications or enhancements to reduce user problems.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers, peers, and partners.
- Aid custom manufacturing software and act as a liaison between the vendor and the local site.
- Accountable for IT Asset Management and maintaining updated inventory.
- Occasionally assist with cabling, racking, and server installations.
What your background should look like:
- A minimum of a 1-2 years of professional experience working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with general supervision.
- Works in a team environment, shares knowledge, contributes to processes.
- Ability to maintain favorable customer relations can deal comfortably with senior managers.
- Frequently interacts with peers, customers and typically requires the ability to gain partnership from remote teams.
- Experience in manufacturing site is preferable.
Education requirements
- Associates degree preferred, but not required.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,072-$94,608 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
