Job Overview
As an Intern in the Global TEIS Business Unit, you will:
Shows a proactive attitude towards collaborating with various teams, yet possesses the initiative to work autonomously when necessary; pays attention to details and is focused on implementing solutions effectively by taking feedback from TE SMEs
Hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions around Data and Analytics
Build data lake and data warehouse application using PL/SQL, AWS and related technologies.
Coordinate with Technical teams through all the phases in the software development life cycle for Data and Analytics projects
Responsibilities:
Help implement our vision for Data and analytics platform
Develop systems and tools to allow data processing both on cloud and on-prem.
Desirable skills for Data Platforms include familiarity with PL/SQL, AWS S3, EMR, Redshift, ETL processes
Help with design, implementation, testing, and support of next-generation features related to scalability, reliability, robustness, usability, security, and performance
Strong understanding of core computer science principles and the ability to develop structured and maintainable code
