Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process & Digitization Manager with a minimum of 8 years experience in procurement, preferably in a technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. This role involves spearheading digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, leveraging technology to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation in procurement business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Adept in Process Lifecycle including Process Development, Process Deployment, Process Automation, and Process Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Oversee the end-to-end digitization of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, contract negotiations, procurement master data, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions in procurement business processes
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digitization projects to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of digital procurement solutions among stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of digital procurement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to procurement teams on leveraging technology to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and continuously enhance the procurement digitization strategy.

What your background should look like:

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Technology is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital procurement projects, from conception to implementation, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, as well as experience with procurement software and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong team management and people leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $ (subject to change dependent on physical location)
