Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners role, based in Lickdale, PA, will partner with the local HR Leader to drive site programs and initiatives (i.e., succession, talent acquisition, total rewards, and change management). They foster partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives, strategies, and policies.
The Role:
- Understand the organization's business cycles and talent needs to develop and drive the workforce's capability to meet business goals, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth.
- Support recruiting and staffing initiatives and counsel managers in final compensation selections.
- Facilitate and develop HR-related training and resources for local Managers to assist them in developing their people management skills.
- Work with HR on compensation and benefits management, payroll, and salary administration.
- Understand the business unit strategies and align HR priorities while balancing other functional HR priorities.
- Play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive employee relations climate, making each team member feel valued and integral to the organization.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring and committing all team members to progress and excellence.
- Act as a change agent and role model to drive technology and modern approaches to enable the transformation of learning and development experience for employees
- Support people & culture processes, including employee engagement, culture initiatives, inclusion & diversity
- Work closely with value stream managers and supervisors to develop a training program to provide professional support for team leads and value stream leaders to
- Ensure all employees have a practical orientation and appropriate assimilation
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources
- 3 – 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist within a manufacturing organization. The Ideal candidate will have previous plant experience in a Generalist capacity, offering a broad range of expertise within HR spanning Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Coaching, and Development.
- Experience working in and influencing in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing ambiguity and risk and changing the direction of projects and strategies.
- Substantial knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices
- Continuous improvement mindset to support business and local HR team service.
- Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally
- Excellent communicator, facilitator, presenter
Must have high interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, be process-oriented, and have a sense of urgency.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $68,560 - $85,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
