As part of the TE Medical business unit, the Laser Processed Components portfolio is a growth driver with strong differentiation and global footprint. The portfolio enables customers to push the boundaries of technology in minimally invasive surgery as they evolve their needs and expand their applications.
The Product Line Manager for Laser Processed Components will act as “mini” GMs driving the overall product strategy, business leadership, and capacity plans to achieve revenue and gross margin targets that enable long-term competitiveness and success of the laser processed components product families. This leader will develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities. This includes identifying attractive growth markets, developing product roadmap, positioning the portfolio, supporting opportunities within major accounts, and developing relationships with emerging customers and market segments. This role will be located remotely in the US.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, experience working across regions, and a proactive solid work ethic. This role must closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to gain alignment and drive the successful execution of the product roadmaps.
Market Sensing & Strategy Development
- Understand and articulate market and industry trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Define application and market segment–specific value propositions that beat competition
- Develop product roadmaps and manage product lifecycle that aligns with business strategy
- Design go-to-market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships
Develop Business Plan
- Define resource and investment needs necessary to execute the product roadmap and growth strategy
