Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release. We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst for our Mansfield, OH location
The Quality Control Analyst (QCA) ensures product and / or product components comply with product specifications and quality standards. Confirms tests and inspects products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release. Collaboration internally and with customers to resolve requests that arise including but not limited to Root cause, corrective action, 8D Reports, 5Y methodology. Collaboration with suppliers and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), to resolve discrepancies that may arise, and complete the return of material process related to said discrepancies.

Responsibilities
- The responsibility of the Quality Analyst II will provide production support, customer support, supplier support.
- Supports production with discrepancy parts that rise. Follow through with investigation, Root cause and corrective action, Material review Board (close loop process).
- Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems and standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products, ensuring finished products conform to government and company standards and satisfy good manufacturing practices regulations.
- Runs routine internal and requested data analysis through spreadsheets, charting, and pareto analysis. Focusing on internal scrap, turn backs, and customer rejections/requests
- Conducts routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process items and finished product according to established operating procedures, calibrating, and maintaining lab and analytical equipment.
- Documents test procedures that may include stability program testing and formulation studies for compliance to specifications and prepares investigations, summaries, and reports of abnormalities.
