Geo Product Marketing Manager

As Geo Product Marketing Manager at Expedia Group, you will own critical partnering and processes between our in-country retail teams and product teams, and you’ll report directly to the Director of the Geo Product Partners team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercial manager to drive growth and build great traveler experiences as Expedia Group moves to the next phase of our transformation.
This opening has come about as a replacement for someone who has transferred internally into the Marketplace group.
The Geo Product Partners team is a part of the Geos Markets group within Expedia Brands. We are the voice of Expedia customers wherever they are from, and across all of Expedia Groups travel brands. We champion our travelers locally, on a global scale, and drive the company’s investment priorities and help shape product requirements to ensure we serve their needs.
What you'll do:
Partner with country insight managers and analytics to identify key trends and opportunities for growth and to improve customer experience
Build knowledge and methodological foundations to enable integration of local insights in product and design
Drive market-specific analyses of performance and capability gaps to build into the product development cycle
Consolidate and synthesize market-specific insights and feedback into product design and development
Support local experience reviews, product research, test and learn, idea generation and useablity tests across key product areas
Build trusted relationships with Brand and Product teams across Expedia Group
Enable product teams to better serve all of Expedia Group’s customers globally
Who you are:
Demonstrable experience in a business strategy and/or product role
Excellent presentation and communication skills. You can articulate compelling recommendations for complex problems, driven by logic and data
Influential leadership skills and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders at different seniority levels and based in various geographies
Friendly, fearless, transparent, meticulous and a self-starter
Ability to learn quickly and simplify complexity
Bias toward action with a demonstrated track record of navigating and getting results in a large and global organization
Strong understanding of business, market dynamics, and consumer research
