Culture at Australia Post
When I joined Australia Post 10 years ago, I never imagined I’d end up leading national projects that shape the future of transport, but that’s exactly what Australia Post makes possible. As Project & Engagement Lead in National Fleet & Equipment, I’ve advanced my career through hands-on experience, leadership programs and supportive mentors who genuinely care about my development. What sets Australia Post apart is the breadth of opportunity - whether you’re on the tools, in the office or out in the field, there’s always a chance to learn, grow and take on new challenges. I’m proud to lead the charge on fleet electrification, delivering a cleaner, smarter future for the next generation.
Australia Post is one of Australia’s most trusted brands. We connect communities across the country and beyond – delivering essential services, supporting local economies and creating meaningful careers for our people, every day.
Our people power everything we do. Every day, they support communities and deliver essential services through millions of real moments Aussies everywhere. Meaningful work starts with feeling supported. Here, you’re backed to be yourself, grow your career and make a difference that feels real.
