About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Controller to join our Combat Systems Integration Integrated Product Team (CSI-IPT) Program Delivery team in Mawson Lakes, SA.
This is a collaboration of four partners to become Australia's sovereign combat systems provider for all of the Royal Australian Navy's Tier 1 surface fleet.
Reporting to the Project Planning and Controls Manager, the Senior Project Controller will be responsible for the proper use of the company Earned Value Management System (EVMS) so that the Project Management team can adequately monitor and report on project cost, schedule and risk status.
In the conduct of assigned duties, the successful applicant must maintain the goodwill of the customer and company management, by ensuring that our established EVMS processes are carried out to report and manage the project with timely, accurate Earned Value data.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and maintenance of the Tasking Statement -Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries.
- Leading the establishment and maintenance of approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines (PMB) including the incorporation of approved baseline changes.
- Leading the development and maintenance of Control Account structures and associated Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM)
- Undertaking detailed planning activities, including rolling wave planning and developing Control Account Plans (CAP).
- Leading monthly reporting activities including capturing actuals, status, Estimates to Complete (ETC), and undertake detailed variance analysis in accordance with the business rhythm.
- Leading Comprehensive Estimate at Completions (CEAC) activities and providing SME advice to Control Account Managers (CAMs) with regards to development and preparation of their inputs and consolidation of program-wide data.
