Are you looking to return to work after a career break?

“This Program was a perfect opportunity - it was exactly what I was hoping would come up. I now work three full days a week as a Program Manager in a permanent ongoing role with GHD. I’m back working doing something I love, while having the flexibility to work in a way that benefits my family’s needs.” Samantha, Project Manager, Melbourne

“GHD’s program was a dream come true for me. I could work part-time, without excessive pressure, and take the time to settle into the company. I now work three days a week as a Senior Environmental Scientist, the flexibility lets me focus on my job and I don’t have to worry about if I can be there for my family. GHD supports me to support my family.” Daniela, Senior Environmental Scientist, Sydney

“The Program gave me my confidence back. It was also great that I could show my daughters that you can take a break to start a family, but you can also go back to work and succeed. I currently work 24 hours a week as an Electrical Engineer with GHD and enjoy the chance to work as a part of a diverse workforce.” Michelle, Electrical Engineer, Perth
