We are currently seeking an experienced, Risk & Security Supervisor to assist and support the Centre Customer Experience team in leading and directing the centre Security Function at Westfield Warringah Mall providing the optimal level of security and safety for our retailers and customers.
Your opportunity;
Reporting to the Risk & Security Manager your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Assist the Risk & Security Manager to manage the day to day operations of Security in the Centre
- Management of external contractors/parties
- Security risk reviews & audits
- Proactive management of hazard identification, public liability and workers comp claims
- Working with Customer Experience team and key stakeholders to develop security strategies that meet the needs of the Centre
- Design and deliver security training for all staff, retailers and contractors
- Develop strong relationships and work with local Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance Services to develop emergency protocols

- Ability to promote a risk, safety & security culture including good practice
- Security Licence 1AC (can be achieved within 3 months)
- First Aid Certificate
- RSA certificate.
- Qualifications in Work Health and Safety or related discipline
- Understanding of WHS legislation and a commitment to safety
- Proven Security Team Leader/supervisory experience
- Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
