Crown Sydney is looking for its next Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at CirQ. CirQ has become Sydney's premiere rooftop bar, with unparalleled 180 degree views overlooking Sydney Harbour, set within an expansive open-air terrace and lounge.
This role suits an energetic, passionate and service driven professional who delivers memorable guest experiences. To thrive in this role, you will have a can-do attitude, an emphasis on customer service and be a strong mentor to our existing team. The Assistant Venue Manager will report to the Venue Manager and is responsible for daily operations, managing a team of supervisors and supporting new business initiatives.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiatives
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
- Previous management experience in a high end bar/lounge environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong product knowledge across food and beverage
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
