An opportunity has risen to join HSBC’s Mortgage Care Team as a Broker Relationship Officer, joining a dynamic and collaborative team where you will be responsible for the pre-credit validations of home loan applications. Coupled with providing an outstanding customer experience to our valued broker and proprietary base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading International Bank.

The role:

• Validation of home loan applications (pre-credit validation)
  
• Checking supporting loan documentation to ensure compliance with both customer and regulatory requirements while delivering a positive experience to our customers
  
• Contacting brokers and customers to obtain information required to complete loan submissions
  
• Handling broker enquiries in regards to loan submissions
  
• Maintain an understanding of HSBC mortgage products and services
  
• Liaising with Underwriting Services, Brokers, Relationship Managers, Mortgage Product Team
