We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Team Leader to lead the day-to-day maintenance of landside buildings, infrastructure, precincts and services across Adelaide and Parafield Airports.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating planned, preventive and reactive maintenance while balancing operational continuity, asset condition and customer requirements.
You will work closely with AAL Property and the Asset Engineering Team to monitor asset performance, identify recurring faults and support lifecycle, renewal and improvement priorities. You will also coordinate contractors and service providers, manage maintenance works and quotations, and support the delivery of OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
This role is suited to someone with substantial facilities maintenance experience in a live operational environment, particularly across building services, infrastructure and customer-facing facilities. You will be confident managing contractors, maintenance programs and competing operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and service delivery.
You will be organised, proactive and accountable, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive when responding to incidents, breakdowns and changing operational requirements.
