As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of capital projects across a complex aviation and commercial environment, gaining exposure to all stages of project and design management while working alongside experienced project professionals.

- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Project Delivery team
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and manage action items
- Assist with project planning, schedules, milestones and internal reporting
- Support document and design management, ensuring compliance with agreed frameworks
- Assist with purchase orders, payment tracking and cashflow monitoring
- Coordinate contractor inductions, site tours, workshops and events
- Support project activities under supervision and contribute to continuous improvement
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential
Applications Close Date21 Apr 2026- Completion of a Construction Management degree or similar discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to project management principles, project support or contracts administration
- Experience in an airport, infrastructure or similarly complex environment
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain an aviation security clearance
