The Project Manager will provide end‑to‑end project management of nominated capital and development projects across Adelaide and Parafield Precincts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulatory obligations.
Key AccountabilitiesThe Project Manager will provide end‑to‑end project management of nominated capital and development projects across Adelaide and Parafield Precincts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulatory obligations.
- Develop and manage project schedules across projects inclusive of agreed milestones
- Manage and report on project progress, including risks, costs, safety, issues and dependencies in accordance with AAL reporting requirements
- Effectively apply Project Management tools to ensure projects are delivered within the required parameters of time, cost and quality
- Manage procurement activities, including preparation of RFT/RFPs through to engagement of consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Facilitate and manage project meetings inclusive of stakeholder workshops, design meetings and contractor meetings.
- Ensure compliance with AAL Governance in Delivery of all Projects allocated to the role
- Ensure ORAT and Stakeholder Communications are embedded into the Project Management Plan
- Ensure project risks are proactively managed to minimise operational impacts.
- Ensure all building works comply with Airports Act and AAL requirements
- Understand, work within and contribute to all Company policies and procedures
- Other duties and projects as required

- 5-10 years in Construction environment
- Experience applying structured project management methods based on PMBOK
- Experience in managing budgeting and coordination of projects
- Experience in programming of projects
- Experience in managing design teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations and standards
- Experience in the application of standards to building development
- Experience in project reporting and dashboard progress updates incorporating key reporting criteria (Safety, Cost, Risk and Issues, Program)
- Experience in managing multiple projects in an operating environment
- Experience within an airport environment or similar
- Experience in liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders
