Adelaide Airport Limited is seeking motivated and safety‑focused individuals to join our Airport Operations team as Airside Operations Officers (AOO). This pivotal role ensures the safety, security, and operational integrity of Adelaide and Parafield Airports, supporting both daily operations and emergency response capability.
The AOO team operates on a 12‑hour rotational shift roster (4 on, 4 off), providing continuous coverage 7 days per week across both airport precincts.

Join Our Team
Adelaide Airport Limited is seeking motivated and safety‑focused individuals to join our Airport Operations team as Airside Operations Officers (AOO). This pivotal role ensures the safety, security, and operational integrity of Adelaide and Parafield Airports, supporting both daily operations and emergency response capability.

- Ensure the safe and secure operation of airside and landside facilities.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reports relating to safety, security, WHS, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to Airport Emergency Response at both Adelaide and Parafield Airports.
- Support Facilities Maintenance with operational tasks such as airfield mowing to maintain compliance.
- Work within and contribute to AAL’s policies, procedures, and aviation safety standards.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, inclusive, and discrimination‑free workplace.
- Comply with WHS, SMS, and environmental requirements.
- Uphold and demonstrate AAL’s organisational values in all interactions.

Personal Attributes
Applications Close Date21 Apr 2026- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent
- Current Driver’s Licence
- First Aid certification and/or training or qualifications related to emergency management, safety, security, or aviation
- Experience delivering emergency, security, or safety services in a regulated environment
- Certificate III in Security Guarding
- Airside Driver’s Licence
- Radio Operator Certificate of Proficiency
- Firearms Licence
- MR Truck Licence
- Knowledge of aviation environments, airport operations, and/or safety and security procedures
