Working together to support people, culture, and place
At Adelaide Airport, we’re more than just an airfield, we are a proud part of the community. With over 10,000 people working across the Adelaide Airport precinct every day we are one of the largest single employment sites in the State. We’re committed to creating spaces where people connect, culture thrives, and purpose comes to life. We do this by celebrating our heritage and advancing reconciliation, showcasing South Australian arts and partnering with local groups to ensure we are contributing and responding to the needs of our community.
Our values
These aren’t just words on a page—our values guide not just what we achieve, but how we work together. They shape the way we collaborate, respect each other’s contributions, and hold ourselves accountable, so that we can build trust, make better decisions, and create a strong community to drive our shared purpose and vision.
Excellence starts with ownership.
At Adelaide Airport we show up with intent, take responsibility for our actions, and follow through—always with a sharp eye on what is best for the business. We’re commercially astute, solution-focused, and committed to delivering work we’re proud of - all while making safety a non-negotiable in everything we do.
Do the right thing, even when no one’s around to see it.
At Adelaide Airport, doing the right thing isn’t about being told—it’s about knowing what matters and standing by it. We act with honesty, fairness and accountability to earn trust, honour our commitments, and make ethical, considered choices—even when no one’s watching.
Good humans make great workplaces.
At Adelaide Airport, we lead with kindness, empathy, and humanity. We listen to understand, embrace our differences, and treat everyone with fairness and dignity—creating a culture where every person feels safe, heard, and valued.
Collaboration drives us. Celebration unites us.
At Adelaide Airport, the best ideas and experiences come from working together. We bring diverse perspectives, align on shared goals, and deliver smarter outcomes—as one team. And we celebrate the wins, big and small, because recognising each other fuels the culture we’re proud to be part of.
Think Customer. Always!
At Adelaide Airport, we put the needs of those who rely on us—travellers, airlines, tenants, partners and colleagues—at the centre of every decision. We listen, anticipate, and act with care to create experiences that are seamless, connected, and easy.
Every moment is a chance to go above and beyond—and that’s what makes us everyone's favourite airport.
