An exciting opportunity exists to join one of the Global Leaders in Agricultural Machinery – we have a vacancy for a Technical Support Specialist based out of AGCO’s Melbourne office.
Your role will include:
- Aftersales position supporting the AGCO Dealer network. Providing a contact point for technical support, and providing dealer assistance regarding:
- Operational / departmental support; workshop operation, special tooling, customer queries, product campaigns and training requirements.
- Technical support, providing a first point of contact to assist with technical issues within the dealership, and provide timely solutions to ensure consistent uptime of AGCO products.
- Work alongside our dealer partners to resolve field service issues.
- Attend train the trainer courses on all AGCO products
- Organise & conduct/assist dealer training – Product, Technical, Installations, & AGCO Systems
- Perform technical visits as required to support timely resolutions to product issues.
- Communicate with dealers directly and via Tech Connect support portal.
To be the successful candidate you must have the following:
- Minimum Level of Education Required for position : Associate’s/Technical Degree – Trade Certificate
- Good Product & Technical understanding of modern agricultural equipment.
- Understanding and awareness of the Australian agricultural industry.
- Awareness of Occupational, Health & Safety requirements.
