About this role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join AGCO, a Global Leaders in Agricultural Machinery, as our new Aftersales Commercial Manager based in the Kewdale, Australia.
This role is to provide the business link between the AGCO Aftersales business and our Distributors parts and service departments throughout the Far East, providing analytical and business skills, training and strategic planning to enable AGCO to be a supplier of choice and empower our distributors to grow their business professionalism and financial performance.
What this role looks like:
- Ensure coordination with all other AGCO functions; leveraging growth opportunities & implementing appropriate development strategies in the Far East region.
- To provide market position feedback to the Aftersales marketing team, and participate in the design and implementation of marketing and strategic plans.
- Develop Aftersales offerings for AGCOs distributor network to achieve customer satisfaction for all AGCO distributed products.
- Facilitate the implementation and execution of annual Distributor Business plans and report on performance
- Organise and conduct structured Distributor visits with a focus on achieving the Aftersales goals agreed to by all stake holders.
- Leverage business & promote profitable growth, limit failures or customer dissatisfaction & overall enhance the company reputation
- Ensure both AGCO Aftersales Staff and Distributor parts and service staff are adequately trained in all systems and processes that impact the AGCO Aftersales business and follow up on training attendance during structured visits.
- Build strong and productive relationships between the AGCO Aftersales team and the distributor’s parts and service teams.
- Develop and improve the commercial performance of our distributor network by conducting analysis to raise standards, drive efficiencies and improve business systems within the dealerships, including reporting and monitoring dealer absorption.
- Follow up on PSP completion during structured dealer visits
- All other duties deemed necessary to meet the needs of the role.

- Minimum Level of Education Requited for Position: Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Agricultural related.
- 6 - 8 years related experience
- Experience within the agricultural industry
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Solid business acumen
- Willing to travel for business support
