About the role

Join Connectnow’s Marketing & Channel team as a Marketing Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in driving impactful marketing activities that support business growth.

In this varied role, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and content channels, while also managing our B2B loyalty platform and program. You’ll contribute to strategic planning, support broader marketing initiatives, and coordinate events and sponsorships across local and interstate markets.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence overall marketing strategy and work closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead high-impact marketing campaigns – Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences to drive brand awareness, engagement and acquisition.

  • Own customer journeys & communications – Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys using data-driven insights, delivering targeted eDM and SMS communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Create compelling, on-brand content – Develop engaging content across digital, social, email and print, collaborating with agencies and designers to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Manage and evolve the B2B loyalty program – Oversee delivery of the loyalty platform, partnering with internal teams and providers to drive engagement, sales and long-term customer value. Help shape loyalty roadmap ensuring proposition remains competitive, customer centric and aligned with evolving industry trends.

  • Support events, sponsorships & sales enablement – Coordinate events and partnerships, while developing impactful sales and marketing collateral to support business growth.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar position ideally within B2B and B2C marketing.

  • B2B & B2C marketing and communications experience.

  • Experience using Marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics tools would be highly advantageous.

  • Experience effectively executing digital campaigns and initiatives across Paid Search and Media would be highly advantageous.

  • Experience in marketing loyalty programs would be advantageous.
