  • Analyse how data products are being used to understand adoption, dependencies and changing business needs.
  • Conduct user research to uncover friction, duplication, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities for data owners and developers.
  • Help shape Databricks data products that balance usability, reuse, scalability, governance, quality and lifecycle ownership.

What you’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in data science, information systems, engineering or a related field.
  • SQL literacy and experience with Databricks are desirable.
  • Experience across data governance, data product management, data stewardship, business analysis or related discipline, ideally within energy, trading or financial services.
  • Knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata and lineage, user acceptance testing, change control and release readiness.
  • Stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Experience partnering with data engineering and technology teams.
