About the Role
The Digital Production Lead is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day updates to one of AGL's biggest customer-facing assets - agl.com. The role functions as a conduit between the digital content and design team and the wider business, ensuring that changes to agl.com.au are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The role is also responsible for ensuring the enterprise CMS meets the needs of the digital content team.
This role sits within the Website & Digital Production team, which functions as a custodian of AGL digital platforms and works closely with stakeholders to drive acquisition and service outcomes in line with business goals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage the delivery of CMS-driven updates and new experiences on agl.com.au - from digital elements for marketing campaigns, legal and regulatory changes, and product and pricing updates, to large scale projects such as new product offerings, IA updates and CMS migrations
- Project-manage digital production initiatives, from sourcing briefs, assets and requirements from stakeholders, compiling quotes, allocating and managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Function as the SME for the enterprise CMS, working with technology partners, product owners, delivery teams and content team to ensure it meets business and team requirements
- Develop, implement and continually evaluate production processes and workflows to improve efficiency of project delivery - both within the digital content team and with stakeholders across the organisation
- Forecast and manage resourcing needs, including predicted and actual capex allocations, and engage contractors where necessary to meet requirements
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience in digital production and web CMS delivery across large, high traffic, content-driven websites
- Strong technology expertise and demonstrated expertise in understanding and implementing the role of digital enablers in delivering on digital strategy
- Strong project and resource management experience and track record of delivering high-quality outcomes to deadline and budgetary parameters
- Exceptional cognitive, written and verbal skills and relationship management expertise
- Demonstrated experience implementing effective processes in large, complex organisations
