Campaign Specialist - Part Time 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role:

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of AGL’s mission to connect with millions of Australians through smart, creative, and customer-obsessed marketing. You’ll lead and support the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, 1:1 customer campaigns—driving growth, , and value, across our Customer Markets business.

Due to internal movements, we’re offering this exciting Part -Time opportunity as a 8-month fixed-term contract.

What you will be doing:

• Campaign Planning: Scope and budget campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategies across BTL 1:1 customer campaign, digital and traditional channels.

• Creative Design: Define audience segments, creative needs, messaging, and performance metrics.

• Execution: Launch campaigns across all channels, primarily BTL 1:1 customer campaigns, in collaboration with delivery and media teams.

• Agency Management: Brief and manage creative agencies, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor results using dashboards and analytics, and refine strategies for better outcomes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate campaign plans and progress across business and marketing teams.

• Brand Consistency: Uphold AGL’s brand standards and ensure compliance across all communications.

• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that meet legal, regulatory, and strategic goals.

What we would like to see you bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of BTL 1:1 customer marketing, campaign management, and analytics.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to change.

• A passion for customer-centric marketing and continuous improvement.
