About the Role -

As a Solution Architect in our Architecture team, you’ll play a key role in mapping how technology enables AGL’s strategic and operational goals. Your focus will be on corporate systems, ERP, and employee technology platforms—ensuring our solutions are future-ready and aligned with business needs.

What You’ll Do -

• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and solution designs.

• Ensure technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with AGL standards.

• Provide strategic advice and advocacy for technology solutions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to shape AGL’s technology landscape.
  

What We’re Looking For -

• Proven experience in architecting and supporting corporate and employee solutions (e.g., ERP, IT asset management, collaboration tools).

• Strong stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and domains (business, information, technology, application).

• Familiarity with cloud, security, and workplace productivity technologies.
