- Lead the end-to-end finance transformation from SAP HANA to Databricks, partnering with Technology to redesign finance processes, data models, reporting frameworks, and target-state operating models aligned to business strategy.
- Define and document current and future-state architectures, including data flows, controls, and system dependencies, ensuring scalable, efficient, and well-governed solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership across migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation, testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs), deployment, and cutover support to ensure accuracy and continuity between legacy and target systems.
- Embed strong data governance, risk management, and auditability controls to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and sustainable finance operations.

2. Finance Data & Reporting Uplift
- Lead the design and enhancement of finance data pipelines and models supporting financial reporting, forecasting and planning, derivative accounting, contract valuations and modelling.
- Ensure robust integrations across source systems, data platforms, and reporting tools, with strong data governance, quality controls, and audit traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement by standardising and optimising finance data processes, embedding automation, reducing manual intervention, and supporting the onboarding of new products or regulatory changes into the target-state architecture.
- Strengthen organisational capability in modern data platforms and finance transformation practices to support scalable, sustainable finance operations.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
- Operate as an independent and trusted transformation lead, partnering across Finance, Technology, Risk, and Business teams to shape priorities, define requirements, and align on strategic outcomes.
- Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable technology and process solutions, influencing design decisions to balance control, efficiency, and commercial objectives.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups, driving alignment, resolving competing priorities, and proactively managing interdependencies and delivery risks.
