About the job
We seek interest for the role of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Senior Advisor offered on a full-time and permanent basis, reporting through to the C&B Director. You may be based between our corporate offices - Booragoon and Bindjareb - with flexibility to work from home also.
Your primary function is to provide support and recommendations to Management and the C&B Director to align our Total Rewards strategy. We aim to ensure our talent is compensated in line with market, and reflective of accountabilities in the position.
With a competitive and transient talent market, we see ongoing demand for analytical support, guidance, and compliance of compensation decisions for attraction, retention & capability! Changes in legislation and markets are reflected in our compensation and benefits policy and processes, and at the same time reflect the strategies of our business in maintaining market competitiveness.
Core and critical scope in this role extends to:
Data Analysis and reporting – Keep abreast of emerging trends, conduct/participate in surveys for market insights, external reporting to industry bodies.
Employer Benefits Programs – Enhance to be competitive, recommend offerings aligned to Total Rewards.
Assisting with compliance and auditing of C&B processes.
Coaching the wider HR and Operations teams on C&B processes and projects.
C&B Projects with opportunity to be involved at a Global level, and
Communication of associated activities to our employees
About you
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce or similar will be considered, generalist HR experience otherwise highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in remuneration & benefits, job evaluations, analytics and external reporting.
A Business Partnering approach in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent data analysis and modelling skills to complete comprehensive market relativity reviews, provide recommendations, assist with reportable requirements, employee share plan governance and evaluate positions.
Workday or other HR system implementations, legislated reporting or stock administration experience would be highly valued.
