As a People Services Advisor, you will be part of the P & C Operations team and act as the first point of contact for employees and leaders. You will deliver high quality People and Culture support, manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR systems and data integrity, and support key people processes across the business.

What you’ll do
- Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding and internal movements
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity across People and Culture systems
- Providing level one advice on People and Culture policies, procedures and systems
- Supporting payroll through timely and accurate information sharing
- Contributing to continuous improvement of People and Culture processes
Your experience
- Experience in a shared services or People and Culture support environment
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with HR systems or ticketing platforms

This role is well suited to a proactive, detail focused individual who enjoys working in a high volume people services environment and supporting both employees and leaders across a broad range of People and Culture matters.
