As Senior Customer Insights & Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your strong business acumen and technical skills to shape, influence and steer the direction. As an organisation with a strong emphasis on being data led, you will be leaning of your natural curiosity, ability to transform and interrogate large and diverse datasets and storytelling to translate this into clear and compelling recommendations for senior decision makers.
