- Partner with leaders across Trading, Generation and Development to provide practical, commercially focused people advice.
- Support organisation design, workforce planning, change, performance, remuneration, talent and employee relations activities.
- Work with leaders to understand business challenges and develop practical people solutions that consider both immediate needs and longer-term impacts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, coach leaders and support constructive outcomes across a range of people matters.
- Use workforce data, people metrics and business insights to identify emerging risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Your experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- A practical HR generalist background spanning employee relations, performance, workforce planning, organisation design and change
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders in a complex, commercial environment
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, contemporary people practices and conflict resolution
