About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical BA to join our Technology team in this full-time permanent role. Reporting to the Release Train Engineer, work with Data & Analytics projects and end-user teams to build and define backlogs of work.
Duties:
- Work with project and end-user teams to build and define backlogs of work
- Clarify and understand business requirements
- Assist with solution design to meet business, technical and user requirements
- Work with project and BAU teams to deliver work drawn-down from backlogs; identifying and resolving blockers
- Maintain, extend and document the required specifications within the Data & Analytics Domain in collaboration with IT and other business units.
Skills and experience:
- Extensive commercial experience in the technical business analyst domain
- Considerable Data & Analytics domain experience
- Experience working in agile teams
- Experience in writing SQL code
- Effective stakeholder engagement – Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels (up to c-suite)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical BA who is looking to work in a small team in a supportive, welcoming and professional environment. You will be a key member of the Data and Analytics team and work to identify issues, risks and opportunities of existing and proposed solutions and outline the Data & Analytics impacts.
