About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Go-To-Market, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer-facing initiatives/changes for Alinta Energy are prioritised, sequenced and executed with maximum desired brand and customer impact and business efficiency.
Reporting to the Head of Program Management, you will lead a small team to effectively plan and manage GTM through to execution, working with stakeholders across the business to ensure a cross-functional critical path is designed and delivered to.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a customer-centric approach to GTM
- Develop and embed processes by which all planned customer-facing initiatives are captured and can be centrally managed
- Develop decision-making frameworks to support cross-functional GTM prioritisation and scheduling
- Develop and run a regular operating rhythm and communication plan in support of cross-functional GTM decision-making, collaboration and review
- Look for opportunities to drive GTM efficiency/efficacy across the GTM value chain
Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing or equivalent discipline
- Considerable experience in project management or product marketing, with a record of delivering results
- Excellent influencing, facilitation and negotiations skills with ability to develop trust with stakeholders
- Sound judgment and commercial acumen
- Pragmatism with a strong focus on customer outcomes; biased toward action

As a key member of the Retail Markets delivery team, you will have exposure and oversight to a diverse range of commercial matters, leading your team in a fast paced, supportive, and professional environment.
