About the role:
This is a key role at the centre of our successful transition to a direct to consumer (D2C) business model, as we grow our market share in key geographies, and invest in Brand as a strategic lever- to drive awareness, differentiation and consideration in key segments.
This role is responsible for proactively taking Alinta Energy value to market via the Go-to-Market (GTM) journeys and structures, balancing risk, speed and long-term success. You collaborate extensively with others across Alinta Energy, including Product, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams. This role will ensure customer-facing initiatives/changes for Alinta Energy are executed with maximum desired brand and customer impact.
In this role, you’ll b e :
- Proactively project managing agreed GTM programs and driving efficiency across the GTM value chain (Product, Marketing, Customer Engagement)
- Driving a customer-centric approach to scheduled GTM initiatives, looking for ways to bundle customer-facing change in ways that are most effective for key customer segments
- Thinking creatively and working closely with product/service owners to find GTM solutions that appropriately balance needs and trade-offs
- Actively participating in GTM forums and meetings to ensure critical conversations happen at the right time, with the right people- and that all stakeholders have a voice
- Participating in a regular operating rhythm and communication plan in support of cross-functional GTM decision-making, collaboration and review
Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:
- Significant experience in project management or product marketing, with a record of delivering results
- Excellent influencing, facilitation and negotiations skills with ability to develop trust with stakeholders
- Sound judgment and commercial acumen
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Pragmatic and focused on delivering outcomes; biased toward action
- Attention to detail
