Your part in it
Playing an integral part of a dynamic development team, responsible for expediating multiple wind farm projects through the development pipeline. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, this role is crucial in advancing projects toward the construction phase.

What you’ll put into it
- Lead wind projects from early-stage development to the construction-ready phase, overseeing planning and environmental considerations, resource assessment, grid connection, and design and procurement activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and external stakeholders throughout the project development phase
- Support and foster landholder relationships and local community engagement
- Maintain a strong understanding of the project's commercial objectives, managing budgets and evaluating the Levelized Cost of Energy
- Collaborate with OEMs and the commercial team on turbine selection and proactively solving issues
What you’ll bring to it
- Relevant academic background (e.g., commerce, engineering, environmental science, planning, etc.)
- Experience in renewable energy development or a related field, such as investment, wind engineering, or statutory and environmental planning
- Extensive stakeholder management experience across landowner, consultants and investors engagement
- Knowledge and experience working within the Australian energy markets
- Proven track record of strong project management skills, including developing and implementing processes and best practice
