About the role
Join our Energy Supply Technology team as a Software Engineer, where you'll develop and support full-stack software solutions that drive Alinta’s strategic technology initiatives. This Sydney-based role is key to uplifting and modernising our tech stack.

What you’ll do
- Collaborating with team members to develop full-stack applications
- Designing systems and supporting architectural improvements
- Liaising with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Preparing technical specifications and maintaining documentation
- Contributing to standards and governance processes
Your experience
- Backend development (C#, .NET) and microservices architecture
- React or similar frontend framework (Angular, Vue)
- Cloud-native development and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- SQL and API design (RESTful, GRPC, GraphQL)
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

This role is best suited to a proactive individual with experience in complex, deadline-driven environments and a passion for continuous learning.
