Your future role
This position will be supporting some of the largest Signalling and Infrastructure projects across ANZ providing provide efficient and secured tools for all internal and external-centric procurement activities. The Senior Project Buyer will have strong experience managing the supplier selection process, creating supplier contracts and managing contract execution, as well as implementing the commodities strategy to meet project timelines and budget goals.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and implementing procurement strategies for assigned projects
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery requirements
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project goals
- Managing risks and addressing supply chain challenges proactively

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of procurement processes in a project-based environment
