We are currently seeking a business leader to join our organisation and take ownership of Alstom’s key relationships with our customers and partners to help drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for QLD and WA and will be the focal point and decision maker in terms of commercial arrangements for target projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:
- Be the main company interface and account manager for customers and partners within the region in order to execute tenders and contracts
- Assist in developing and refining Alstom’s local strategy in order to grow the business and profitability
- Leading and negotiating all commercial negotiations with customers and partners, including tenders from Go/No Go to contract signature
- Report all relevant customer and partner information on opportunities, tenders and projects to regional management
- Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, both locally and internationally
- Take ownership for company performance of assigned areas of responsibility
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required Includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Significant experience working within the rail industry at a local and international level
- Large network within the Australian rail industry, including links with customer organisations
- Demonstrable experience of building company strategy and executing it to deliver business growth
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage messaging appropriate to the audience.
