We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Key User to join our team in Dandenong, VIC. This role is to support the newest Rolling Stock project in Victoria - Next Generation Trams (NG as part of the Industrial team set up!
The primary responsibility for the SAP Key User will be to ensure the appropriate support to end-users in the industrial function and capeture incidents & defects that are raised by internal stakeholders. Initially the role will support the transition of the ERP system through the GSI (SAP) project roll out and you will be the key point of contact for all related matters in this space.
You will be responsible for:
- Define & Control Buy Material Master Data
- Manage Internal Vendors Master Data
- Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, Contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Transversal Processes/Tools Deployment, Contribute to Transversal Processes & Tools Networks
- Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization.
- Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs.
- Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in SAP implementation or a project roll-out.
- Opened minded person, focused on continuous improvement.
- Capacity to train end-users and follow-up their technical development.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain/ Procurement.
